BlackEarth products have a unique ability to bind nutrients in soil making them more available for plants and soil microorganisms. Although our products are not a source of nutrients, their addition may result in the reduction of nutrients applied to the soil. In addition, humic substances perform similarly to an auxin type of growth hormone, promoting the growth of plants and soil microorganisms. BlackEarth products also improve soil texture and water holding capacity.
BlackEarth products have been used to improve
crop health and total yield (i.e. grains, leaves / stems,
and roots). Our products also improve plant health and production
of fruits and vegetables. Products suitable for agricultural
and horticultural applications include Mini
Granule (as soil amendment), Liquid
Organo Hume and Liquid
Fulvic (as foliar spray), and Dry
Soluble 80 (to make liquid). Powder can be extracted in
a full-plant processing to make liquid. Powder and Dry Soluble
80 can also be used as binding / coating agents for granular
fertilizers or seeds. Our products can be mixed and are compatible
with most nutrients and other treatment agents.
